Commissions & Prices
NOTE: All animated commissions doesn't include sound effects!
Terms of Service
Delivery Date: The estimated delivery time is between 3-10 days or 1-2 weeks, depending on my current commission queue.
Rush Orders: I do not accept rush orders.
Cancellations: You may cancel your commission at any time before I begin working on it. I will notify you before starting to allow for last-minute cancellations (If sketches are done, you can still ask for cancellation).
Payment & Refunds: Payment can only be done through VGen (for now). Full refunds are not permitted once the commission is completed. A partial refund may be issued if work is only partially done.
Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission. For Live2D Littlebin commissions specifically, I do not accept NSFW, Furry, or Gore models. I will also decline commissions that are beyond my ability.
Revisions: Please provide detailed information before I begin to avoid major changes. Minor revisions are acceptable, but major changes may incur an additional fee (I make sketches before I begin working on a commission). Please decide a final design! Trial and error are only feasible when making minor changes.
Usage Rights: Both the client and I (the artist) retain the right to post the finished work on social media. The client may request for the work to be kept private.
Privacy: All private information shared by my clients will be kept strictly confidential.
Language Barrier: English is my 4th language, so please be patient and try to use less difficult vocabularies.
Finishing File: If you received the finishing product, please DOWNLOAD IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as I don't backup my client's finishing file or I might accidentally delete it *(I only backup PSD files) I would eventually clean up my files after two years. If you're having a hard time keeping a file, it's better to upload it in your Google Drive. But I don't delete the files immediately when the commission is done.
AI Free: I don't use AI to trace, generate, or create any part of my commissions. I've been doing freelance work since 2017!
